THE GOAL We have all heard of companies like Amazon and seen the results of how successfully they buy and sell. One of their secrets is the use of “marketing automation software” and tactics — that is, to nurture prospects with highly personalized, useful content and messaging that helps convert prospects to law firm leads and turn leads into delighted clients. This type of marketing automation typically generates significant new revenue for law firms, and provides an excellent return on the investment required. The consequence is that law firm marketers begin buying marketing and advertising online with search engines like Google and Bing, or on specialty sites, billboards, and lack the proper systems to nurture these leads when they see the law firm’s website or call the law firm for the first time. While it seems like a quick fix, it’s not a long-term solution, nor does it create the fertile ground for a healthier, longer relationship with your future clients, and becomes a very expensive routine without the proper legal marketing automation software such as Law Ruler.
